Fitness Resource Associates, Inc. (FRA) is the exclusive provider of the ACSM Certified Personal Trainer^SM workshop, which has been designed for those who are interested in attaining ACSM’s new credential.  A one day option is also available for currently and previously certified personal trainers who feel confident in their basic knowledge in the exercise sciences, and have been successful in attaining a nationally recognized Personal Trainer Certification.
