Practical Applications for
the Personal Trainer
A
six week course dedicated to providing practical skill development
for personal trainers. This course is one third lecture, two thirds practical
experience in assessment and testing, resistance training for beginners,
athletes, bodybuilders, functional and core stability and mobility.
Guidance and practice in developing and executing the exercise
prescription. All types of
cardiovascular equipment, free weights and machines, elastic tubing,
stability balls, bosu and other functional training tools will be
thoroughly explored.
