The Aquatics and Fitness Department at Carleton-Willard Village is seeking highly professional, motivated individuals with strong interpersonal skills to join a dynamic team committed to a comprehensive fitness program for older adults. Programs include strength training, group exercise, and aquatics. Certifications in these areas are required for potential candidates. Responsibilities include strength training instruction, conducting land and water group exercise classes, life guarding, and working specifically with Residents who are physically and cognitively challenged. There are two part time morning positions available for mornings Monday thru Friday.
